As technology changed, so did my career. I moved from print into the emerging world of interactive marketing, founding an agency in Philadelphia that grew to become one of the area’s top-ranked interactive firms before being successfully sold.
That combination of design, print, technology and marketing has given me a perspective that’s difficult to acquire from any one discipline. I’ve watched marketing evolve from printed brochures and direct mail to websites, search engines, Google Ads, social media and, most recently, AI-driven search. And I’ve evolved right along with it.
Today, through Makers Freelance, I put that experience to work for small businesses that want effective marketing without the complexity or expense of a large agency.
